I took up Bachelor of Fine Arts major in Visual Communication in college, as things go rough with our finances I did not make it on the third year.

  

To continue life, I entered the world of customer service.  

  

I began my career in an American direct broadcast satellite service provider as a Customer Service phone support. 

Where in,I was expose in handling billing and up-selling.   

  

In 2015,  

I was again hired as a Customer Service phone support,  

working as a probationary employee  

of a retail store in US under Convergys. 

My job is to check orders made online  

to ensure that the card holder authorized  

or made any purchases.  

Providing  them safer shopping is our target.  

Where in,  

I earned my clerical and analytical thinking.   

  

After that,  

I've got a part-time job in a Department of Government  

for a certain project as a Data Entry Encoder.  

The job was to encode sensitive information into their tool  

for a period of time.  

Therefore, you can count on my credibility,  

accuracy and time control.  

In addition,  

you can look forward to my oral and verbal communication.   

  

My recent job 

is at a leading global vendor of computer software. 

as a Customer Support.  

I assist users with their subscriptions and their accounts.  

Wherein, I manage phone calls, emails and chat  

while documenting incidents. 

As a result, you can trust my multitasking skills  

and handling of MS and Excels.   

  

In Customer service  

I learned how to listen and pause.  

by that I can identify the root cause and deliver the right resolution.  

For me, providing right resolution is a goal.   

  

Adding empathy is also an important factors,  

to let them know that they are being heard.  

On that, they would know that I can understand  

and can be trusted. 

  

As a freelancer,

  my purpose is to accomplish a success in every responsibility. 

I work quickly with precision because  

I enjoy what I do.   

  

My experiences mold my skills  

that would be a key in my freelance journey.   

  

On top of that,  

what I love about freelancing is
